In times of reduced social contacts and increased use of home office due to the corona virus, we want to stay in touch and in exchange with you digitally. In addition to weekly changing exercise recommendations, we also invite colleagues and friends to participate in workouts. An overview of the planned activities can be found on this page.

LHC - Local Health Challenge 2021
Completion of the Local Health Challenge (LHC) 2020
After five weeks full of sports activities, the LHC des Betriebssports eV has come to a successful end. Over 100 athletes from 14 locations throughout Germany took part.
The Local Health Challenge was launched in September as an alternative sport offer by Betriebssport eV. The idea behind it was to organize a tournament in these times in which everyone can participate without restrictions. Since the tournament was not tied to any place or time, all athletes were able to do sports flexibly and individually, whether isolated in their own four walls or in the autumn-colored forest.
In the five weeks, the teams and individual athletes have put in impressive performances. Especially the winners of the LHC gave everything and achieved excellent results.
It was by no means just about sporting ambition or the outstanding prizes. There was also intensive sport for a good cause. Sandokhan Kucic, 1st place at this year's LHC, will have his award converted into a donation and donate it to "Kilometer für Kinder". "That was the special incentive to get on the bike and make up kilometers even on the rainiest and coldest days of the tournament," says Sandokhan. The initiative was created to combine a passion for cycling with supporting children with cancer.

We were not only enthusiastic about the individual results. Above all, from the variety of sports activities that were reported to us weekly. Thanks to active participation, the five weeks just flew by. Many thanks to all participating athletes.
