Martinslauf 13.11.2022
The Martinslauf took place at the Unterbacher See in Düsseldorf with the most beautiful summer temperatures. The Ratingen site took part in this event with a total of 10 participants. Everyone had a lot of fun and were fully satisfied with their times. Of course, everyone was most happy about the alarm clock afterwards, this was an additional motivation!
Winter louse series Duisburg 2022
Successful participation in the winter running series in Duisburg!
The nine of us took part in the winter running series in Duisburg in 2022, there were distances from 5 km to a half marathon to be completed. You could also take part in the runs virtually.

In January 2022 we successfully took part in the winter running series in Hilden.
Marvin and Patrick have shown great performances in adverse conditions.
Unfortunately, the 3rd run of the series had to be canceled due to storm damage on the track.
Martinslauf 2021, 10km, first joint running event after a long Corona break.
Yes, it was once again a great experience and a great event!
